Sometimes life throws us a curveball. I like to refer to these challenges as “disguised blessings”

I’m a medium and spiritual mentor. As a child I would unknowingly experience spirit. Around the age of 27, trauma within my family brought spirit out in a way so strong that it couldn’t be ignored. Very shortly into my journey I realized that this wasn’t just something I could do, this is who I am. Learning to open up and use my gifts led me to so many opportunities that I never thought could of existed.

Everyday I feel blessed for the family, friends, and mentors that are placed in my path.

All my life I’ve had terrible anxiety that prevented me from living the way I’ve wanted and needed to. Spirituality changed everything for me. With it, I continue to exceed every expectation I’ve ever had of myself.

Because of my experiences I’ve created a program I call “C.L.I.M.B” (confidence.love.integrity.motivate.believe) which I use as a guideline for my students to help them live an improved life through spirituality.

I’m very thankful to have one of my mentors, Pat Longo. She’s an incredibly gifted healer, and one of the most kind and compassionate people you’ll ever meet. In the past, I never set a high bar for myself and Pat’s continued confidence in me helped give me that ambition to put my life into perspective.  I realized that I was worthy of anything. She taught me how to control my psychic abilities, thoughts, and feelings. She continues to help me quiet my mind and live in a world of minimal anxiety.  Without Pat, I would have never began this beautiful journey when I did. I’m honored to have her by my side.

As my journey continues, it brought me to another amazing mentor, Brad Fristensky.  He shows me how I hold all the answers I seek within me. He made me realize how important it was for me to be connected with my “higher self”, and listen to that inner voice.  I’m learning more about myself than I ever thought I could. I learned to LOVE myself! I can’t find the words to express the gratitude I have for him and the positive impact he has helped me make on my life. Brad is one of those people you feel blessed to know. He’s not just my mentor, he became one of my very dear friends. I’m so glad he’s such a huge part of my life.

This work is such a blessing.  I’m very grateful to do what I love and still have so much time with my family.  Balance is important. Each day I feel my abilities strengthen and I’m thankful to be here sharing my gift!
